Poet & you didn't know it is an Art Therapy Group especially designed for people who have always wanted to write poetry but are intimidated by the often elitist poetry world.
Poet & you didn't know it is a space where you will be supported by an Art Therapist to utilise emergence and immersive approaches to writing poetry that challenge perfectionism and break-down creative blocks
